A 60-year-old patient who underwent acute blockage of the arteries of the left lower extremity, severe pain, gangrenous change, endangers the lower extremity, the patient's life, as the process began with self-poisoning. Our specialists performed the removal of thrombosis of the left lower extremity artery due to balloon angioplasty due to the presence of pronounced vascular contraction. These interventions made it possible to restore the arterial bed of the lower limb, preserving the patient's limb.
